St.marys started well today and worked the ball very well early on.We did have some nervy moments but we dealt with it very well early on and started to take control .We were 6-4 ahead at the break and knowing we had more in us.we knew we werent playing to what we were capable of.we started the second half alot better and were really starting to dominate around the field with some great play from 1 -15.we lost a debatable goal with 10 mins left which gave Milltown that hope that they could catch us .That was quickly rectified with some great team work from the St. Marys side and were moving well with 2 points ahead till eoin fallon came up a rattled the mI'll town net from 20 yards with a pure rasper to put the game to bed and we ran out 5 point winners.Tonight I can easily say we had some great leaders on the field. This young team takes to the field every time and has a never say die attitude. Well done to the panel and coaches.tubberclair next Sunday in cusack park at 3.30pm.come on the bridge ........quarter final here we come........
